Key Responsibilities:
- Instrument Proficiency: Operate and maintain analytical instruments, including potentiometer, polarimeter, UV spectrophotometer, IR spectrometer, and Malvern Master Sizer 3000.
- Chromatographic Analysis: Perform advanced chromatographic analyses using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC-HS (Gas Chromatography-Headspace).
- Troubleshooting & Calibration: Conduct troubleshooting, investigations, and calibration of analytical instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Method Validation: Participate in method validation, method transfer, and monograph evaluation activities, ensuring that all processes meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure all testing procedures are aligned with the latest standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a reputed API manufacturing company in regulated markets.
- Hands-on experience with potentiometer, polarimeter, UV, IR, and Malvern Master Sizer 3000.
- Proficient in chromatographic instruments such as HPLC and GC-HS.
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting, investigations, and calibrations.
- Experience with method validation, method transfer, and monograph evaluation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
