Assistant Manager

Qualification:

• B.Tech/B.E (Chemical)
• M.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience:

• 7 – 12 years of experience in:
  • API Production
  • Batch Manufacturing Process
  • Ability to work as Shift Incharge and in shifts
  • Proficiency in SAP

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee API production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Act as Shift Incharge, supervising production activities and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize SAP for efficient production planning, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Ensure that production targets are met within the specified timelines and budget.
• Optimize batch manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of API production and batch manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
