Job Description:

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly product designs. You’ll work closely with our product management and engineering teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product management and engineering teams to develop and implement creative product direction, visuals, and user experience solutions.
• Oversee the visual design process from the initial concept to the final implementation.
• Generate original design ideas that prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness, solving complex design problems.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to clearly convey design ideas and interactions.
• Perform user research and incorporate feedback to continuously improve and optimize designs.
• Develop and uphold design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the company.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of past projects (2-4 years).
• Expertise in visual design and wireframing tools, including Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Chat GPT and Midjourney for enhancing design processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong user-centered design approach.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Awareness of the latest UI trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork across different departments.
