Sr Human Resource – Remote Job – Pharma

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR & Admin Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in HR and administrative functions, demonstrating exceptional skills in strategic HR management, employee relations, and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
    • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and issues.
    • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and provide support for employee performance management.
    • Promote a positive work environment and culture.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and employee benefits enrollment.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies and equipment management.
    • Coordinate virtual meetings, events, and team-building activities.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
    • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
    • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Systems and Processes:
    • Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Streamline HR processes and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Support remote work tools and platforms, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote work tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
