• Lead Software Development: Oversee the development and configuration of software systems using Python, ensuring solutions meet client or project requirements.
• Technology Expertise: Apply your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools, including NLP, ML, and Pyspark, to design and develop software solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development, integrating innovative approaches for competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python programming language
  • Experience with Django and Flask web frameworks
  • Knowledge of NLP and ML packages including Word Embedding, Feature Engineering, Text Similarity, Sentiment Analysis, Text Classification, Clustering, Search Indexing, and Fuzzy Matching
  • Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN
  • Solid grasp of software testing and debugging techniques
  • Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
