Job Summary: Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and R, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with data architects, modelers, and IT team members to define and achieve project objectives.
• Utilize your expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and R to design, build, and optimize data solutions.
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leverage strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: In-depth knowledge and experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and R.
• Good To Have Skills: Proven experience in data engineering, data modeling, and technical project leadership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and its integration within data projects.

Additional Information:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer with a strong background in Snowflake and other relevant technologies.
