Job Summary:

  • Manage the NFT (Non-Functional Testing) performance testing technical engagement team and provide technical leadership and guidance.
  • Lead technical engagements in NFT performance testing and ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Maveric delivery teams to understand customer needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ensure Maveric customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Serve as a mentor/coach to facilitate agile delivery using Scrum methodology for Maveric Technical Engagement projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
  • Provide regular reporting on technical engagement metrics to senior leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities: As a Senior Manager – Technical Engagement for NFT Performance Testing, you will be responsible for managing the technical engagement team and leading customer-facing technical engagements focused on performance testing. You will work closely with the delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of NFT performance testing solutions.
