We are looking for a Senior Java Spring Boot Developer with expertise in Microservices and Cloud deployment. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, efficient, reusable code that performs effectively to provide a great customer experience. Incorporating standards and best practices including performance, security, and scalability is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deploying Microservices in cloud or on-premises environments.
• Maintaining source code with proper check-in guidelines.
• Designing and developing scalable and robust APIs for the BFIS domain.
• Unit testing for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Designing scalable database schemas for maintaining banking data.
• Innovating new solutions that add value and amaze the end user, focusing on simple, elegant design in every aspect, from data structures to code to UI and system architecture.
• Staying updated on relevant technologies, participating in user groups, and understanding trends and opportunities to use the best techniques and tools.
• Creating and maintaining product documentation.
• Developing web/mobile applications by studying operations, designing, developing, and installing software solutions, and supporting the software team.
• Developing advanced web/mobile applications for the BFIS domain.
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers and peer developers to deliver finished web/mobile application products.

Competencies Required:

• Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security.
• Expertise in Microservices.
• Experience with Web Services (JSON, REST, JAX-RS, Spring-based REST services).
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE/Java EE (including servlets, JSP, JSF, JDBC).
• Strong understanding of Java Multithreading.
• Experience with databases like Mongo and Cassandra.
