Senior CRM Engineer – Dynamics CRM Developer Opening

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing customized solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform. This includes engaging in analysis, design, coding, unit testing, building applications, and troubleshooting existing applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics CRM: You will adhere to best practices to ensure the platform is customized and configured to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform: Leverage your expertise to create tailored solutions that enhance business processes.
• Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications: Provide continuous improvement and maintenance for applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Testing solutions and providing third-level application services support to internal business users: Ensure robustness and reliability through rigorous testing and support.
• Conducting in-depth research to identify sources of production issues: Use analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex problems efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, demonstrating deep expertise and understanding.
• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM functionality, covering Sales, Marketing, Services, and Administration functions.
• Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in business analysis, data modeling, integration, cloud computing, project management, SQL, data analysis, and customer relationship management.
