Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Architect with a strong background in Java and React to lead the design and development of cutting-edge software solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in software development and architecture, capable of driving technical excellence within our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Define and maintain the architectural vision for our projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
• Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on leadership in Java and React development, setting best practices and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into our architecture.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on Java and React.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Java, Spring Framework, and related backend technologies.
  • Strong expertise in React, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Cloud Architecture.
• Architectural Skills: Proven experience in software architecture and design, with the ability to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
