Quality Control Intern Responsibilities:

• Sample Analysis: Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests and procedures.
• Equipment Calibration: Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Data Entry: Enter test results into the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
• Support: Provide support to senior quality control analysts and assist in troubleshooting quality issues.
• Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to supervisors and management.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements for Quality Control Interns:

• Education: Final year student or recent graduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Skills: Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and quality control processes.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic laboratory software.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
