Overview:

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Executive to join their Quality Assurance department. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic QC laboratory environment, focusing on the analysis and quality assurance of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Laboratory: Perform various quality control tests and procedures in the QC laboratory, ensuring the integrity and quality of pharmaceutical products.
  • Instrument Handling & Calibration: Proficiently handle and calibrate instruments such as HPLC, UV, IR, and Dissolution apparatus. Ensure all equipment is maintained and calibrated according to SOPs.
  • STP & Specification: Develop and maintain Standard Testing Procedures (STP) and specifications for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analytical Method Validation (AMV): Perform method validation to ensure that all analytical methods used in testing are accurate, precise, and reliable.
  • Stability Studies: Conduct stability studies to evaluate the shelf life of pharmaceutical products, ensuring they meet all required standards throughout their lifecycle.
  • Method Development: Engage in method development to optimize and improve testing procedures, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sample Analysis: Analyze raw materials (RM), excipients, finished products, and stability samples, ensuring that they meet quality specifications before release.

Key Skills:

  • HPLC: Expertise in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for analyzing pharmaceutical samples.
  • Stability Studies: Experience in conducting stability studies for evaluating the shelf life and performance of pharmaceutical products.
  • Method Development: Skilled in developing and validating analytical methods to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before release.
  • Pharma Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including the analysis of raw materials, excipients, and finished products.
