Operator ITI – AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)

Qualification:

• ITI in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)

Experience:

• 0 – 2 years of experience in API Pharma operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment used in API manufacturing processes.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any operational issues or deviations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of production activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of equipment used in API manufacturing.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Familiarity with safety procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Additional Information:

• This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Candidates must be willing to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules.
