Job Summary: As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will play a crucial role in the architecture, development, and maintenance of our applications, as well as in planning and executing releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring high performance and quality of deliverables.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservice Architecture, and Angular – UI.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Work with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and T24 for seamless integration and workflow management.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure effective customer relationship management solutions.
• Create and maintain design diagrams to visualize system architecture and workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, architecture, and codebase.
• Plan and manage release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
• Provide release support and manage the process to ensure smooth deployment.
• Develop and execute defect fix plans to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to align team efforts with business objectives.
• Work with product owners to understand new requirements, propose solutions, and manage releases.
• Adhere to and promote Agile practices within the team for efficient project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture is a plus.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in Java development and Spring Boot framework.
• Strong knowledge of Microservice Architecture and its implementation.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and T24 integration.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation and design diagrams.
• Experience with release management and providing release support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop defect fix plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Angular – UI development.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, and Angular – UI.
• Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role is highly desirable.
