Experience:

• 2 – 7 years of experience in:
  • API Production
  • Batch Manufacturing Process
  • Working on Reactor (SSR, GLR) through DCS & Manual system

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage API production processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Operate and monitor reactors (SSR, GLR) using both DCS (Distributed Control System) and manual systems.
• Handle batch manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Ensure that production targets are met within the specified timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and resolve any technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of API production and batch manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in operating reactors (SSR, GLR) through DCS and manual systems.
• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
