Job Title: NFT QA Testing Lead

Role Overview: As the NFT QA Testing Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance process for NFT applications and platforms. This includes developing testing strategies, overseeing the execution of test plans, and ensuring that all NFT solutions meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Testing Strategies: Create comprehensive testing strategies for NFT applications, focusing on functionality, performance, and security.
• Oversee Test Plans: Lead the development and execution of detailed test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of all NFT features and functionalities.
• Identify and Resolve Issues: Work closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects and issues.
• Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure all NFT solutions meet the highest quality standards and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Automation Testing: Implement and oversee automation testing to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure NFT applications can handle high traffic and transactions.
• Security Testing: Perform security testing to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in NFT applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure cohesive and effective QA processes.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 2 years focused on NFT or blockchain applications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA testing tools and methodologies, including automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology and NFT ecosystems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure thorough and accurate testing.
