About the Role:

Join a leading BPO company in Mumbai as an MIS Executive or MIS Analyst. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working primarily from home with occasional office presence in Andheri East. We are looking for dynamic individuals with a strong background in data analytics and report generation, specifically within a BPO-Contact Center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and analyze shrinkage and attrition metrics.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as IF conditions, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, AVERAGEIF, and SUMPRODUCT.
• Conduct service level, occupancy, and utilization calculations.
• Create and maintain APR (Annual Performance Reports).
• Develop comprehensive dashboards for data presentation and review.
• Perform accurate manpower calculations and roster scheduling.
• Generate insightful reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an MIS Executive within a BPO-Contact Center environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Excel functions and data analysis.
• Excellent skills in dashboard creation, maintenance, and presentation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus, but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• US Evening Shift
• Weekends Off
