This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of in-process quality assurance (IPQA) and quality control (QC) are maintained throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IPQA and QC, specifically within the soft gelatin capsule segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA): Oversee and monitor the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards, with a specific focus on soft gelatin capsules.
• Quality Control (QC): Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation as per GMP and regulatory guidelines. Ensure all processes are in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in IPQA and QC, especially related to soft gelatin capsule production, to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices in the manufacturing process.
• Training & Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to the quality team on best practices for IPQA and QC, particularly in soft gelatin capsule manufacturing.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in IPQA and Quality Control, with a strong emphasis on soft gelatin capsule production.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the soft gelatin capsule manufacturing process, including the quality standards and testing methods specific to this product form.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all quality aspects are meticulously monitored and documented.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and report quality findings.
