Job Summary: We are seeking a Fullstack Developer specializing in AI/ML with a focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) for a leadership role. This position involves leading the tech implementation and optimization of Generative AI models and ML Ops, forming a base reusable capability for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and implementation of Generative AI as a service using large language models (LLMs).
• Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models and algorithms (e.g., GPT, RAG, GANs, LangChains).
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence projects.
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) and strong background in Python and Java programming.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools such as Hugging Face.
