Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable Freelance Interviewer with expertise in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance (QA) to conduct interviews for candidates applying for QA roles. This position focuses on assessing candidates with experience levels ranging from freshers to up to 3 years for our Indian clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Interviews: Perform technical and behavioral interviews for candidates applying for QA roles in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Evaluate Candidates: Assess the candidates’ understanding of QA processes, industry regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and documentation practices.
• Prepare Reports: Provide detailed feedback and evaluation reports, summarizing each candidate’s strengths, areas for improvement, and overall suitability.
• Collaborate with Hiring Teams: Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to align on job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Stay Updated: Keep yourself informed of the latest industry trends, regulations, and QA best practices to ensure effective assessments.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance. Previous experience in recruitment or interviewing is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in GMP, SOPs, quality control processes, and relevant industry regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Capable of assessing both technical and interpersonal skills.
• Availability: Ability to conduct interviews remotely, with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
