Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ForgeRock Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in access management, IDM (Identity Management), CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management), SSO (Single Sign-On), certification, developer tools, training, and backstage operations within the ForgeRock environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage ForgeRock access management solutions.
  • Design and deploy IDM solutions using ForgeRock technologies.
  • Develop and maintain CIAM platforms leveraging ForgeRock capabilities.
  • Configure and optimize ForgeRock SSO solutions for enterprise applications.
  • Guide and participate in ForgeRock certification programs.
  • Utilize developer resources to enhance ForgeRock implementations.
  • Deliver ForgeRock training courses to internal teams and clients.
  • Manage backstage details including environment setups and configurations.
  • Define job roles and responsibilities within ForgeRock deployments.
  • Establish and enforce ForgeRock access policies and controls.
  • Utilize advanced IDM features of ForgeRock for secure identity management.
  • Implement CIAM strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless Single Sign-On integration across diverse platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain ForgeRock certification levels and compliance.
  • Foster a strong ForgeRock developer community through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Design and deliver training modules covering various aspects of ForgeRock technologies.
  • Provide oversight and management of ForgeRock backstage operations.
  • Evaluate ForgeRock job requirements and recommend staffing solutions.
  • Optimize ForgeRock access controls for scalability and security.
  • Lead ForgeRock IDM deployment projects from planning to execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified ForgeRock specialist or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in implementing ForgeRock solutions for access management, IDM, CIAM, and SSO.
  • Strong understanding of developer tools and resources within the ForgeRock ecosystem.
  • Experience conducting ForgeRock training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud environments and enterprise application integrations.
