Your Impact:

As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, you will collaborate closely with our team, partners, and customers to develop innovative solutions for complex requirements.

• Hands-on: Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions for our customers, building long-term relationships.
• Further Development: Contribute to the development of services related to Microsoft Business Applications, leveraging your personal, professional, and technical skills.
• Conception: Support the creation of innovative and optimizing concepts, including tenders and offer preparations.
• Variety of Tasks: Assist customers in holistic transformation and digitalization of their business with a focus on CRM, low-code/no-code solutions, and adjacent areas.
• Upskilling: Participate in technical training and support internal teams.

Your Skillset:

• Degree: In economics, computer science, engineering, or natural sciences with good or very good grades.
• Experience: At least 2 years of project experience in the implementation of CRM and Microsoft Business Applications.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud technologies. A Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus, especially for Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expertise: In business transformation, sales, marketing, customer service, and field service.
• Willingness to Travel: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
