Roles & Responsibilities:
- Digital Business Analyst with extensive retail banking experience and excellent communication skills.
- Payment exposure is a plus.
- Demonstrated awareness of behavior-driven development and exposure to scaled agile delivery methodology.
- Ability to bridge both technical and business aspects.

Competencies Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
