Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure.
• Manage cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Utilize normal command and service management for efficient operations.
• Implement and manage load balancing solutions to ensure optimal distribution of network or application traffic.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Ensure smooth and efficient code integration and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests and deployment strategies.

DevOps Functionality

• Implement best practices for DevOps functionality, including version control, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
• Enhance development workflows and operational processes for improved efficiency and productivity.

Monitoring and Incident Management

• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance and detect issues.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot problems, and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize system performance and ensure system reliability and availability.

Security and Compliance

• Implement security best practices to protect data and applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with software engineers to understand application requirements and support development.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• In-depth understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
