We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Plugin JavaScript. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing CRM solutions to enhance our business processes and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and manage CRM solutions to support business processes and customer interactions.
- Customize and extend CRM functionalities using Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Plugin JavaScript.
- Power Automate:
- Develop and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Integrate CRM with other systems and applications using Power Automate connectors.
- Azure Functions:
- Develop serverless functions using Azure Functions to extend CRM capabilities.
- Integrate Azure Functions with CRM to automate tasks and processes.
- Logic Apps:
- Design and implement Logic Apps for complex workflows and integrations.
- Monitor and manage Logic Apps to ensure seamless operations and integrations.
- Plugin JavaScript:
- Develop and deploy custom plugins and scripts using JavaScript to enhance CRM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing plugins and scripts for better performance and user experience.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support for CRM-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve technical challenges.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM solutions, workflows, and integrations.
- Train end-users and team members on CRM functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in CRM development and management.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Plugin JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
