About the Role:
As a CRM Business Analyst, you will drive the implementation of CRM systems, working closely with teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and ensure seamless integration. Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in CRM systems.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365), or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in creating functional specifications, process flows, and data models.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience with Agile project implementation is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Analyst) are a plus.
