Chemist Quality Control Job Description | Chemical Testing & QA

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous Chemist specializing in Quality Control to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential tasks to ensure the quality and compliance of our products. Key responsibilities include:

• Sample Analysis: Collecting samples of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods for thorough testing and analysis.
• Chemical Testing: Conducting a wide range of chemical and physical tests using advanced techniques such as pH testing, viscosity measurement, titrations, spectrophotometry, and chromatography.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring all products meet established quality standards and specifications, promptly identifying and reporting any deviations or non-conformities.
• Instrumentation: Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments, including HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and more.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of test results, procedures, and methods employed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis: Interpreting and analyzing test data, preparing comprehensive reports of findings for stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure all testing and quality control activities meet regulatory standards.
• Method Validation: Validating analytical methods to guarantee accuracy and reliability in quality control processes.
