Role Overview: As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining technology solutions to meet client needs. You’ll work in dynamic environments, contributing to various stages of technology implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Create and configure applications based on business requirements.
  • Technology Trends: Integrate emerging technologies and automation into existing solutions.
  • Support: Address and resolve incidents through various support channels (voice, email, chat, remote).
  • Implementation: Ensure successful delivery and implementation of technology solutions.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech / ME/M.Tech / MCA / MSc (CS/IT) with graduation years 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
  • Experience: Up to 11 months of relevant experience.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in coding and participating in peer reviews.
    • Flexibility to work in various shifts and locations across India.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ABAP Development, Salesforce.com, J2EE, .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC), and test automation.
  • Experience in creating test designs and analyzing results.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • No active backlogs.
  • Degree completion within the stipulated time.
  • No prior Accenture recruitment process within the last three months.
  • Eligibility to work in India (for foreign nationals, a work visa or OCI/PIO card is required).
  • Willingness to relocate across India and work in any business unit or service line.

Assessment Process:

  1. Mock Assessment: 20-minute practice test to check hardware/software compatibility.
  2. Cognitive and Technical Assessment: 90 minutes covering English ability, problem-solving, and technical fundamentals.
  3. Coding Assessment: 45 minutes to solve 2 coding problems in C, C++, .NET, Java, or Python.
  4. Communication Assessment: 30 minutes to evaluate sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
