Key Responsibilities:

• SAP HCM Payroll Expertise: Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications using SAP HCM Payroll, ensuring optimal payroll processing and employee compensation.
• Team Management: Collaborate and manage teams to drive effective performance and timely project delivery.
• Solution Design: Provide innovative solutions to complex payroll issues, contributing to multiple teams and key decisions.
• System Enhancements: Design and implement enhancements to the SAP Payroll system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure system alignment with organizational goals.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and provide support and training to end-users.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP HCM Payroll.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Payroll schemas and rules
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, wage types, tax calculations, and statutory requirements
  • Knowledge of integrating SAP HCM Payroll with other modules
• Good to Have Skills:
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging
  • Experience in implementing payroll enhancements and optimizations

• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll required.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A BE/BTech in any discipline is required; PGDBM or MBA is an advantage.
