Project Role Description:

Accenture is seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with your team to understand requirements and ensure applications meet desired functionality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to understand application requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Configuration: Configure applications to meet desired functionality and performance standards.
• Code Reviews: Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure smooth functioning.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development processes.
• Team Contribution: Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python (Programming Language)
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms like linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms
  • Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language) is required.

• This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
