Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable applications using Java Enterprise Edition.
• Develop and Maintain Technical Documentation: Create and update design specifications, test plans, and user manuals to ensure clear communication of application requirements and design.
• Adhere to Coding Standards and Best Practices: Ensure that applications meet coding standards and best practices, including conducting code reviews and unit testing.
• Provide Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition: Strong expertise in designing and developing applications using Java Enterprise Edition.
• Experience with Additional Technologies: Familiarity with the Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services is advantageous.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle: Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
