Main Activities:
- Process headcount files and create organizational charts and joiner/leaver overviews.
- Assist the Head of Platform in monitoring activities by ensuring the production of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Front Office activities.
- Maintain and update departmental information on SharePoint sites and manage permissions lists.
- Handle department invoices, collect approvals from various managers, and forward them to the accounting department.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as stationary management, collecting access cards for new joiners, and managing accesses.
- Organize corporate events and visits for internal business partners as requested.
- Produce and update internal communications.
- Assist department managers with various tasks including onboarding new joiners and managing accesses.
Profile and Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related studies.
- Perfect fluency in English (oral and written).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Autonomous, capable of taking initiatives, multi-tasking, fast learner, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
