As a Technology Lead specializing in Testing Automation, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our software development capabilities and driving excellence across projects.

Your Role:

• Interface with key stakeholders and leverage your technical proficiency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture, and Design.
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for modules, ensuring comprehensive validation through various testing types.
• Lead and manage automation testing initiatives using Selenium, Java, BDD-Cucumber, and DevOps, with hands-on framework development experience.
• Conduct Mobile Automation Testing with Appium and API Testing with Rest Assured; Contract Testing experience with Pact is highly desirable.
• Oversee Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Execution, and Reporting, with strong experience in Test Management Tools like JIRA or others.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and principles to enhance testing processes and outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Automation Testing with Selenium, Java, BDD-Cucumber, and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Core Java and Mobile Automation Testing using Appium.
• Expertise in API Testing with Rest Assured and Contract Testing with Pact.
• Solid knowledge of Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, and Test Execution.
• Experience with Agile-based testing concepts and Test Management Tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to additional tools and technologies such as Cypress, Playwright, Katalon, Robot, and Karate.
• Experience working with Banking and Financial Services (FS) clients.
