Join our Finance Operations team at Accenture and play a crucial role in optimizing revenue and cash flow, streamlining billing processes, and managing collections and disputes. Your expertise will help drive financial efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections Processing: Manage the end-to-end collections process, from customer inquiry to invoicing and payment receipt.
- Cash Application Processing: Solve queries related to cash applications, apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, and ensure accurate cash processing.
- Dispute Management: Handle debt collection, aged debt reporting, bad debt provisioning, and trade promotions.
- Billing and Revenue Management: Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility into revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
- Client Coordination: Follow up on missing remittances, prepare accurate refund packages, and maintain consistent recording of collection activities.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards, and regulations while delivering on key performance targets.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in Order to Cash processes and collections processing
- Strong understanding of cash applications, reconciliation, and dispute management
- Experience in cash application processing and treasury management
- Knowledge of front, middle, and back-office treasury management
- Ability to handle debt collection and manage bad debt provisioning
- Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with treasury cash pooling & netting
- Familiarity with collections processing and dispute resolution
