Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Experience: 3-4 years in developing Machine Learning solutions, with at least 3 years focused on Analytics for problem-solving.
• Problem-Solving: Convert clients’ business problems into statistical problems and develop appropriate solutions.
• Model Development: Create and develop suitable Machine Learning models.
• Improvement: Leverage knowledge in Machine Learning to enhance existing solutions and design bespoke solutions.
• Fraud Solutions: Hands-on experience in creating and developing fraud solutions within the BFSI, Healthcare, and Telecom domains.
• Advanced Techniques: Experience in Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (GenAI) is an advantage.
• Communication: Present solutions and analysis to leadership and key stakeholders.

Technical Skills and Programming:

• Programming: Proficient in open-source programming, especially Python.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of NLP, Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, and ML Engineering.
• Data Handling: Expertise in data cleaning and preparation, including handling missing values and creating pipelines.
• Model Development: Develop regression-based models, Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forests, and Neural Networks for fraud analytics.
• Model Optimization: Expertise in handling model overfitting and underfitting, understanding cross-validation, feature generation, gradient descent, and XGBoost.
• Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Office Skills: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Tools: Experience with tools such as SAS, SQL, and SPSS is desirable but not mandatory.
